I had the sleeve in May 2012. My surgeon didn't recommend the lap band and he doesn't even do them anymore. I eat right, get my protein in, lift weights and walk the dog. Great thread, I needed this today! I have only lost 58 pounds but, my clothes are getting too big I have fit into clothes that I have not worn in a long time and those too are getting too big I am starting to strength train again I have not been this small in years I feel like in a small way I am getting my "lost" years…
