I need help this time

I'm 29 years old and I've recently moved to the San Diego area. So, I have been trying for over 10 years to lose weight. I'm not sure what else to do or where to go. Out of my friends and family, I am the only one to be as big as I am. It's hard to find reasons to stay active and try to do the right thing, even though I know all of the reasons why I -should-. Hoping this can work out to be different. Friends would help! :)

    You came to the right place, there is a lot of support on MFP. You can do this. Maybe the move will be a great excuse to redefine yourself. Good luck to you
