I swear I do this often! I have loaded up on SO many low cal snacks so I can eat something and then snack on something a little bit later. I am SUCH a snacker. I marinate the salmon in lemon and lime juice. Then just before I grill it I add sea salt and cracked pepper, then I add sliced tomatoes, onions and a piece of basil. Grill on one side, take off the toppings, flip the fish, add the toppings back and finish grilling on the other side. DELISH!

I about shat myself when I realized I lost 4 inches around my waist! I also finally jumped off that weight plateau that I was at for a couple of weeks by being down a whole lb this morning! :) LOL.

I think one of the best ways to go is with lite beer. Michelob Ultra has 95 calories. And Miller Lite has only 96 calories. A glass of wine varies. 4 oz (I think? I am TOTALLY a foodie! I am obsessed with Top Chef, Chopped, Challenges....basically ANYTHING that has to do with cooking shows. I would have died giving this up for Lent! That shows some power. LOL. I love to cook and I'll try any recipe and I try to make my own up as I go.
