I usually eat a granola bar or the fiber one bars are my favorite. I also take chocolate graham crackers and put fat free cool whip in the middle and freeze them to make a sandwich they are low cal and amazing, my kids even love them.The fiber one brownies and cookies are also really good.

I have just dance 1,2,3, and kids and it is a good workout but I also have Zumba and I think it is a blast and an even better workout.

Minute maid makes a juice that is only 10 cals per serving and it is pretty good if you are still wanting juice. I mostly just drink water and maybe a diet soda once a week and a cup of coffee every morning when I am at work.

Also try drinking alot more water...I tend to eat alot of sodium but try to get in anywhere from 10-20 glasses of water everyday it seems to help alot and keeps me feeling full. Good luck

Just Dance, biggest loser, and extreme challenges are all great wii workouts. I also have the dance revolution which uses the mat and you get a great workout from it and my son uses the tony Hawk skateboard game and he gets an excellent workout from it too.

When I went I logged it under aerobics/dance twist. It is fun and I too am very unfit and uncoordinated. You will enjoy it but it will kick your butt!
