Coconut oil is a life saver for me, they sell 1 tablespoon on the go packets, trader Joe's has them as well as most health food stores, it's 0 carbs and very satiating for me, I either eat it straight or put it in a cup of coffee.

I lift weights 3 to 4 days a week and do an hour or more of cardio 3 to 4 days a week in the form of Zumba, eliptical, P90X workouts, HIIT on the treadmill, or martialcarts workouts. I have one rest day a week. I also have no social life...lol

I only cook my rice in water and when I am trying to log it on MyFitnessPal I search for "cooked brown rice" or brown rice cooked that way I know that when it says a half a cup its a half a cup cooked brown rice.

I love nuts, my main go to is raw almonds. I have to be careful though because they do not give me that full feeling so I really have to count them out before eating them. I also love nut butter, I can eat a jar of peanut or almond butter very easily and really have to watch.
