You should eat more on workout days anyway to ensure your body still gets fed properly as your using so much energy! post workout snack definetly helps so make sure you leave some calories in your day for post workout!

IIFYM is Awesome! it helps to know if you can be smart you can eat things you like without derailing your progress!!! I've lost 30lbs so far using that system along with working out!!

Being away from home doesnt keep you frow working out if you dont want it too. Google some simple Home Bodyweight workouts and do them. Yes you can still loose weight. Be smart about your carbs and at what time you eat them and you will be fine! I recommend you look into Carb Cycling, its not for everybody but it helps, Also understand carbs are a great energy source if used correctly, and would be most beneficial to you on strong workout days.
