Diary is open to public. I feel like I'm exercising enough. Should I be cutting out more sugars/carbs as suggested? Also, feeling extremely exhausted, fatigued thru-out the day/evening.

Thank you. I do weigh, measure my food. Often times I don't have time to log in or am too exhausted at the end of the day to log on to MFP. Meals are basically the same everyday. However I do get that I should be better at actually logging in EVERYTHING EVERYDAY.

Me! I don't have any answers but I too have been busting my *kitten* since April 6 with workouts, counting calories and not only have I not lost any weight, I've gained 2lbs. I'm extremely discouraged at this point. Spin class M W F, Body Pump T TH, rest Sat Sun. Sticking to my 1200 cal most days. Sometimes less sometimes…

I'm feeling very frustrated! Started exercising and counting calories (1200 cal) the Monday after Easter. Not only have I not lost any weight, I've gained 2 lbs. 5'1 158. Three days a wk spin class, 2 days a week Body Pump. Drinking lots of water. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes I worry about adding extra calories because of being short I've always felt I have to be so careful in doing that. On the other hand....I've been doing a lot of exercising and it seems to make sense to add more fuel. Exercise consists of one of these a day 4-5 xweek .Run of 3-4 miles, bike of 6-10 miles,…
