    I am nearly over and it's not even brunch yet.
    Actually scratch that. I am over, as of now. I have been RAVENOUS all morning. But I was 143 under yesterday so whatev.

    GOAL is 1420.
    I eat back 1/2 to 3/4 of exercise calories. So yesterday I actually ate 1788, but my net was 13-something.

    Try to burn about 500+ calories per workout day and eat back roughly half of my exercise calories.

    My BMR is about 1340. My goal is 1320, but I'll up it to 1450 once I start losing again. I've been off the wagon, so to speak, for a few months.

    2400 minimum - sometimes up to 3000 depending on how active I am on a given day. I'm 5'6, 27 years old, and 201 pounds :)

    Intake = TDEE minus 20% = 1600.

    I'm always under my goal- but try to stay between 1200-1500

    I stay within that goal unless I exercise that day in which case I go into them by 50 to 100.

    Yesterday was an exception mind, I went out at night and had a few to drink.
