2400 minimum - sometimes up to 3000 depending on how active I am on a given day. I'm 5'6, 27 years old, and 201 pounds0

...which is really 1500, plus 200 cals from the exercise I do 4x a week, spread over the course of the week.0 -
In bulking it ranges from 3200 to 3800 ,and during the cutting it goes between 2200 to 2700.0

According to MFP my BMR is 1440, and on other sites it's more like 1800.
I am trying to eat 1500-1700 right now as I finish up Insanity, which is a big increase from my 600-800/day a year and a half ago.0 -
yes mfp sets the BMR way too low. Every site that I looked at is much higher than mfp0

If your daily goal is UNDER your estimated potential healthy BMR - got news for, that is NOT your BMR.
Read up on fact BMR will lower to whatever you give it, or it's left with after exercise takes it's calories.0 -
