    Net Cal goal 1440, as I'm eating healthier foods it had been hard to reach this on most days but as long as I'm netting over 1200, I'm okay with that.

    for 1/2 pound weight loss a week.

    If you go to the tools tab at the top of the screen, then choose BMR it will figure it for you.

    I used to eat under my goal but I just ended up being WAAY hungry and was not losing. Now I change it practically when my BMR changes every week and it works well for me I think :)

    Used to eat 1200 (sometimes even less) but lost hardly anything
    Since I've upped my calorie intake I've been losing much faster :)
