We are going to a party, but since my beloved SAINTS didn't make it I don't care who wins. LOL. I'm just worried about overindulging in food and wine.

Coffee, lots of coffee, which I know is bad, but I switched and hardly drink soda at all. I do occasionally have a diet 7up. I hate water so this is a struggle for me!! Good luck. Oh and I do enjoy some wine.

I agree with all the other post also. Just remember that as you age your body slows down. Don't beat yourself up. Do what you can! I to am so greatful for your service to our country! Are you able to interact with other Vets? Sometimes at VA centers they have classes in exercises you can do in a chair and that is low…

I had been almost 10 days with no fast food. I gave in 2 days ago and had a Wendys....ate the single, but then it sat greasy on my stomach. only ate 4 or 5 fries and they left a coating in my mouth.......ahhhhhhhh, maybe it is getting easier......

okay, so I did my FF fix today, I tried really really hard not to. I had a cheeseburger, small fry and apples plus a bottle of water. It was good, I'm not gonna lie. but now I feel so guilty and I've got to hit the gym in a few. ack

FF is a BIG issue for me. I'm a Hospice Nurse and I'm in my car most of the time traveling from place to place. So now not only am i sitting on my butt more, but I get soooooooooooo hungry and I zip into Mickey D's..........so I will try to hold it to once a week this month. With ya'lls support.

Please add me....it's 8:00 p.m. in Montana so I hope I'm not to late.....I have 73 more pounds to lose, not quite 100 but I did when I started. I needs Lots of motivation. I love to eat.....and learning to eat healthy has been a challenge. I have been better at getting exercise. We can do it.!

What about Chia seeds? I have heard they are a great source of protien. Can be added to food or liquid and take on the taste of what you add them to. I haven't tried them yet. A friend of mine has and had heard about a "diet" supplement in that it makes you feel fuller faster. Not sure about that. I think I will research…
