  • I had pain in those exact same spots 5 years ago. Kept taking Sudafed for sinus. Something caused me to think it was Diet Coke so I quit drinking it. My Doctor advised me to wean myself slow to avoid more headaches. Long story short headaches went away. I don't know if you are a Diet Soda drinker but wanted to share this…

  • I gave it up 5 years ago. I was addicted to it!! My Doctor told me to stop gradually to avoid headaches from the withdrawal. • Just reverse it:wink: One stone = 14 pounds:smile:
  • Hi Nancy:happy: You will do well here. Lots of support and help. Love the "oreo cookie" story. I remember having a room mate who always had a bag in the pantry and they would last forever!! • I hear ya!!! Stupid menopause :grumble: My only advice is to stay the course. There are going to be times when you fall off but getting back on track is what gets you to the finish line. I'm beginning to realize that slow and steady is the way to go. Good luck and glad to see you back:bigsmile:
  • Very happy to see you here:happy:
  • I have a pair of sneakers that are only for indoors. When I try to do workout videos barefoot my feet slip and I have trouble holding a position. So I always wear sneakers. Great question:happy:

  • Wow, you have done so well to come this far!!! I do understand the problem with nighttime eating. What I'm doing now is taking my 45 minute walk between 7 and 8 PM. I'm working on the habit of not eating after the walk and only drinking water or tea once I get back. The longer I do this the easier it gets, however, there…
