Easy Weight Tracking Chart - Losing or Maintenance

I found this great free spreadsheet (Excel) that someone designed to make it easy to track your weight loss from week to week. I like it more than MFP's graph that shows your weight loss progress, so I thought I'd post the link here in case anyone else is interested. This is really easy to use and a fun tool to supplement MFP.
