If you’re female, “that time of the month” can cause fluctuations as well. Mine is always a little crazy the week before it starts. Cycles make a big difference.

Yeah I’m pretty sure that’s the same piercing. I’ve heard that it helps with migraines too. I don’t know where on earth my mom heard that it would help her lose weight. But it’s been two years and it’s fair to say that it hasn’t helped her lose any!

Someone told my mother that if she would pierce the cartilage of her ear (I can’t think of the name of the part of the ear!) that it would curb her appetite and she would lose weight. So she did it. *insert eye roll*

See I have this weird problem with green apple candy. It makes me cough! My husband thinks I’m crazy but I swear it’s true!!! Jolly ranchers are the worst! It also happens with some apple drinks, like fanta. It’s so weird.

Yeah, I was checking out a local yoga studio online. It’s not too expensive to drop in on a class so I might do that a few times to make sure I’m doing everything right. I definitely don’t want to hurt myself!
