Definitely interested. Turned 40 last year. Have about 20kg to lose. Been diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Definitely need to make some changes.

Yay for leftover barbecue. We are having steak sandwiches for breakfast. I bought this cranberry seed bread and it's rocking my world right now. Just a little spread of mayo, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and thin slices of steak. The whole this comes in under 300 cals. Tastes like it should be a treat.

I am at 186.29 lbs this morning. Got my husband on board for the zero alcohol, so it makes the challenge a lot easier. We had a barbecue yesterday and there is lots of meat leftover.
