October Change it all Challenge - Depression don't win

I would like to start an October challenge for myself and all willing to participate. Let's change all the bad into good.

-Log food intake daily
-Log workouts / attempt to workout
-Let's talk through those challenging days
-Lots happen outside of getting healthy. Get advice to pull you through. Vent if you must!
-School is hard, parenting is exhausting, working a job you dislike is soul rushing. Let's get through it.

I am allowing stress to take over my life and I'm fed up. I want to make changes now before it's too late. I want to change it all... not all at once; but I have to get to changing IT ALL
