Yeppers!

If these suggestions (perfectly good ones) don't work you might not like tea. I'd skip drinking it at that point.

Take a deep breath! You're a nurse. You KNOW the human body gains and loses all the time! You can gain 1.5 lbs eating a salty meal. IMHO, 1300 is kind of low for someone with your activity level. Your weight loss will stall if you don't eat enough and start to lose muscle. Muscle burns calories. Lose muscle lose less…

I pretty much guessed this from your prominent collar bones showing in your pic. It might be time to re-visit the help you got the first time around with an eating disorder. It's frightfully easy to fall back in and you have a lot of the tell-tale symptoms of doing so. It is an insidious disease and a deadly one. Fight it…

Great job! All your hard work paid off!

IDK? My goals include heavy weights. I don't have room for a squat rack or really want one enhancing my decor so off the gym I go!

Is it just me or do folks down in Hollyweird act like eating is a suicide attempt? Fruitytard from Hollywierd, "OMG DON'T EAT THAT IT'S POISON!!!" Me, "Chill, dude, it's a bowl of ice cream" Fruitytard, "OMG it's full of CHEMICALS THAT GIVE YOU.... (fill in blank with some weird aliments list of vague and obtuse symptoms)"…

You're designed to survive famine. It's actually a good thing.
-
You got smaller! Good progress.
-
As someone has said before "There is always room for ice cream".

Walk around your house for awhile ( or in place watching TV or whatever) and log exercise calories over it!

Damn and how! Amazing progress! :flowerforyou:

My DH is getting help from me to get in shape/lose weight. He is on here but I'm better than he is at asking questions about fitness. We have this all worked out. He makes the computer work and I find info :). Some tips that worked for me: 1. I give info I do not judge 2. if he decides to blow off working out or diet I say…

Good job on getting in shape. Ditto what everyone else said.

Yeppers!

Why yes, yes you are getting there! Wonderful progress! You look great!:flowerforyou:

Measure yourself. Measuring shows weight loss if you have water retention or replace fat with muscle, muscle weighs more.

I lift heavy and do not have "man arms". That is a myth. Women do not bulk without steroids and hard, all-day training.
-
Ditto a second opinion or a new doctor. Starvation diets that taste like crap help no one. Eat less (normal deficit) of the foods you already eat and work out. For pity's sake I wouldn't eat this either.

IDK about a fight. I lifted light for many years for speed in kick boxing. I'm now lifting heavy. I'm faster, more agile, stronger, more muscular overall and have an incredibly high metabolism now. I've only been doing it for about 6 months so this is quite the improvement fast!

Amazing! Just amazing!

I had 2, 10lb babies and have a flat stomach in middle age (44) exercise, especially if you incorporate weights, will give you a muscular stomach (looks sexy) which is just as nice a s a flat stomach or sexier. I'm not talking about a big ole 6 pack either (that's fine if you want to work for it) but a toned,…

Go you!!! Nice

Have you worked with a physical therapist? They could help you find exercises that would work with your issues. Good luck!
-
I can't help you with computer stuff. Sorry. Are you sure you can't tell? If you were a big ole guy or something I could see how 20lbs wouldn't show yet. You're female and not very big to begin with. I'd look at old photos objectively (or try anyway) and double check for sure. There you are! I see some progress in your…

I see universal weight loss. Your face, neck, arms, torso, and down as far as you can see too. Great job! I'm glad you found something you love!
-
I weight myself every morning and will continue until 6 months is recorded for a baseline of what my weight does and when. I am objective about it. Unless I'm continuing to lose...I kind of have a problem with that right now.
-
Great progress! Your hard work has paid off nicely! You should be very proud of your accomplishment!

Throw your hands up a few more times...then bend down, run in a circle and yell "I can do this!!!" At the top of your lungs because, my friend, you CAN do this. It's a lifestyle not a "diet". You'll get used to it and be fine!
