What a babe! You look awesome!

Oh man I hear ya. I've found a warm drink feels like a treat. Steamed milk with cinnamon, herbal tea, anything to feel like I'm having something nice and calming in the evening.

I definitely see a difference! Especially in your face, neckline and arms. Awesome and congrats!

Thank you :) I feel grateful that I am catching myself before it got too bad, but the idea of all that work down the crapper sucks. Feeling breathless at karate last week definitely sucked and feeling so much better just six months ago is a definite motivator.

Congrats on your new life! Fantastic to see someone become who they know they really are :)

The first ten I didn't notice when I looked at myself, but I felt better. Next time you are at the grocery store, pick up a 10 pound sack of potatoes. That will make your loss more concrete! Congrats!

Yay!!! Congrats!

Awesome! Congrats!

You look fantastic. And healthy. Congrats on such a tough fight, much respect to you :)

You were beautiful beforehand you're beautiful now, but your body language is so much more confident in the new pic. Congrats!

This is so fantastic! Congrats, you must feel so much better with 100 lbs gone!

I just came in from shovelling my driveway and sidewalks. Last year I considered it a good workout. This year it was like nothing. I wouldn't even count it as exercise :)
-
That's awesome! I'm hoping to do my first 5k in the spring :)
-
I love this! It feels so great to have a strong body :)

I bought a dress for thanksgiving that was a size L ! Last year it was XL or XXL only for me for that store. That felt pretty awesome!
-
Congrats!!!! I've got about 5 lbs to go till onederland myself! Keep kicking butt!
-
You are a very beautiful lady! Congrats on your awesome progress! :)

Why don't you start off easy? Strap the baby in a carrier or stroller and head out for a long walk. "Map my run" is a great app that tracks your distance and estimated calories burned then syncs to my fitness pal. (Unless you're more hardcore. I just feel like it's more encouraging to start with something you know you can…

I've got it. 31 years old, only in my right ear for now. No permanent hearing loss yet. Yesterday I had a pretty brutal attack that I'm still not quite over. Hate this disease. It makes me really appreciate my symptom free days !

Went out for a run yesterday. Did my five minute warm up walk, started running, and my pants almost fell down! I bought them about a week after joining MFP and apparently the ten pounds I've lost did it :)
