@31prvbs I typically work out six days a week for at least 50 minutes and sometimes going a little over an hour. I am currently doing Chalean Extreme and TurboFire along with her abs and stretch workouts.

I'm a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. I'm confused on if this is right for me as well. Insulin makes a person hold onto fat so needless to say its difficult to lose weight even though I've been on a 1200 cal diet and work out religiously. Type 1 here, too! I'm with everyone here on the weight loss. Very frustrating! I'm on an insulin pump and love the control that it gives me. It's great to see other type 1's on here, i don't know very many in real life.
