    I can take this challenge! I burn a lot of calories, I need to get back into the habit of not eating so many!

    Mon: 427 Calories walking my dumb old Coonhound, Boomer.
    Tues: 1105 Calories - 6.8 miles of walking at work and again with my dog.
    Wed: 922 Calories - 5.9 miles of walking at work and the Boomtown.
