    I'm 2 days late I know but I have been loking for a post like this since last week.

    Hi, my name is Deanna and I'm 25 my goal will be 3500 this week.

    Monday-450cal's (20min run + 20min weights)
    Tuesday-796cal's (20min run, 25min circuit training, 30min elliptical, 12min calisthnetics)
    Wednesday-765cal's (same as above only 15min run)
    Thursday-
    Friday-
    Saturday- Rest day
    Sunday



    Total- 2011 (as of Wednesday)

    So Sunday is the last day correct?

    Get on elleptical and put it at the highest resistance level it can go and run... I don't pay attention to anything other than that and the pain I am in (but it's a good pain). It has taken me months to get to this point and now I can't stop unless I see those numbers. Yesterday I had a "disagreement" with my husband so I did my full workout twice (I don't normally do that much).

    I am keeping my goal the same as last week, even though I went over about 800 calories, still want to keep it slow.

    Mon: too busy running errands and over eating :-(

    Well, hot d***, that is impressive! You must be dripping in sweat by the end of those workouts. Now I really want to get on an elliptical and crank it up like you do.
