    Mon: Big nothing. Bed was too comfy and was too tired when I got home.
    Tues: 1,020 so far (TaeBo for 52 minutes)
    Wed: 485 (Aerobics dance tape. I SOOOO didn't want to work out but I got it in anyway after work :))
    Thur: 542 ( Calisthenics and high impact aerobic tape).

    Tues: calories burned 2200!!!! Computrainer 3hrs 4 min (40 mile rolling course ave 13.0 mph HR 148 ave) What you gotta do for a slice or two of pizza! PS .... I DIDN'T EAT THE PIZZA, IT JUST HELPED THROUGH THE LAST 10 MILES!!!
