Hi, I am getting it now. OK, The green tea is good for that, and of us need all the help we can get suprressing appetite. I think drinking a cup with mid snacking probably is a good idea. Also before going to bed, especially in the first two weeks of dieting. We can always seem to get our appetite back...lol...it does not…

Oh, and I am having a bit of a problem in relaying my diet in words, I just do it, when I need to do it. I guess it could be called the Common Sense Diet & Lazy Day Exercise Plan.
