Yes. If you are eating under your goal, you can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT, and lose weight. I eat healthy, but I have treats EVERY DAY, and lost nearly 20 pounds. Eat what you want, live a happy life, exercise, be healthy! And again, eat what YOU want! :) hope that answers your question.

Try the biscoff version. Much more creamier and satisfying than trader joes version(which tasted quite stale in my opinion).

Peanut butter is FULL of nutrition! Biscoff cookie butter isn't full of nutrients, but it is wayyyyy healthier than many other things. Any reason why your carbs are so low? Especially when you are doing weights and jogging. At your activity level I would reccomend atleast 100 carbs a day. You need the energy!
