Definitely addressed that in my post. I'm saying a 200 calorie deficit is going to show very slow results and since she nobody be 100% accurate with calories it may not even cause weight loss.
-
I already said that in my post, how did you miss that part?

Eat when you're hungry. Eat all at once or eat spread meals out throughout the day. Just stay in your limits that's all that matters. Your body doesn't operate on a clock :)

Are you kidding me... Dude not everyone can eat 2000 calories a day and lose weight especially if her TDEE is 2200. That's only a 200 deficit and with underestimation of calories and overestimation of exercise she's just going to maintain. *editing, forgot to hit quote button but I'm replying to the guy that said to eat…

Actually correct. TDEE = total daily energy expenditure. In simple terms, the number of calories you burn in a day. A fitbit tracks your TDEE. It then syncs with MFP if you so choose. MFP suggests I eat 2,050 calories a day to maintain weight with my lifestyle. I'm a waitress, so I move a lot. Some days I walk north of 10…

You're going to maintain weight (possibly even gain because monitors aren't totally accurate) if you eat back your TDEE (more simply the number of calories your fitbit says you burn in a day).

About 6-8 weeks for me. (135 to 125) People that are losing more than 2 pounds a week are usually either starting at a much higher weight (they have a higher BMR and cutting significant calories has a bigger effect), or are losing a lot of water weight (easy to do in ways that don't involve counting calories). So don't let…

Just aim for 1500. Calories aren't 100% accurate and you're going to have to guesstimate a lot anyways.

Any junk food. I can't help myself. Chips, cookies, ice cream, most sweets to be honest. I've always been a person that eats really fast so that's been the toughest part of weight loss for me -- once I start it's super hard to stop!

You can't change your BMR. You can change your TDEE.

Here's me almost 20 pounds down from 135 to 116!

Sodium will "slow" your weight loss by making you retain water, but once you get to a healthy level the water will go away. I recover from a day of lots of sodium by drinking almost a gallon of water the next day, drinking lots of green tea, and enjoying potassium rich foods. I also steer clear of any unnecessary sodium…

I used to drink 4-5 times a week. Now I drink once a week, and even then it's never more than 3 drinks in a night. At this point, one drink is enough to get me pretty buzzed since I drink so little these days. I'm so much happier now that I'm not drinking, and it's really helped my weight loss!

current one! so cute!

Basically just save time and money and skip the protein shakes. Chances are you are getting your protein from many other sources. If you were doing a strenuous strength training workout and you wanted more definition then maybe I would suggest adding protein powder to a post/pre workout drink. But honestly I know very…

You won't bulk up from the 30 Day Shred at all.
