Hi I am 41 in December. SW- 143 lbs CW125lbs GW- well it was 125 but I am going to loose a few more lbs maybe another 5 and see how I look and stop there. I fit into all my old clothes now but I am just giving extra allowance with trying to loose a bit more.

I love nuts too and have them mist days in my yoghurt. I have 3 hazelnuts, ,1/2 walnut, 3 almonds, 3 hazelnuts,1 brazil nut and smash them in my pestle mortar add to my yoghurt with a few raisins or sultanas. So yummy I love the crunch!

I know how you feel op, I was wanting to loose a bit of weight not too much and joined mfp did the whole calorie counting thing working out most days blah blah blah and lost the weight. Indian restaurant food is no way like real Indian food consumed at home, we eat foods very similar to Indian food (just on other side of border to India ;))

I did the squat challenge too and yes 250 was a killer but I did find with each day the squats got easier. My legs have never been in better shape and the butt too! Keep at it.

I was having this problem on 1200 calories too in rest days I simply couldn't do it unless I went hungry and then having pressure to workout for extra calories. Didn't seem like fun so I changed my goal and now at 1450 then workout calories I can go the whole day without stressing. I don't get how people manage on 1200
