advice for treadmill program to use

I always use the fat burner option on my treadmill, there are other programs such as speed interval, manual and others I can't remember names right now. Which program is most effective for maximum calorie burn? I usually use for an hour.

    "Fat burn" is a low intensity workout option. If you want to maximize your caloric burn, increase the intensity.

    Which program is high intensity? There is also muscle tone program.
