Whenever I am changing I do take a look in the mirror as most of us probably do ti see the changes and all. I always find I look slimmer clothed than in the flesh. Is it just me or do others find this too?

UK people suggest another bread
I have been eating the Nimble wholemeal bread for a few weeks now it is 51 calories a slice and I can have 2. I am getting bored of it now but moat other nutty breads I see are like 80+ per slice. Any ideas?

Which is your worst exercise? I used to hate push ups because I couldn't do them, I can still only do push ups on my knees but I am better than I used to be at them. I HATE burpees too and Jillian michaels likes to throw them in her workouts. I am currently hating side planks too lol

It is very difficult sometimes when I am feeding my toddler and holding her bit of whatever in my case right now an almond croissant and she takes a bite toddles off leaving me their waiting for her to come back for more.
