I am making Mexican enchiladas for the family for tonight's dinner along with a bean salad. The main we used to have quite a but but not made it in a long while. I put the main ingredients into MFP recipes and was shocked to learn that a main meal serving of 2 tortillas is about 900 calories and that is using wholemeal tortillas!! I will only have one in this case
I thought it would be a healthy meal too, I will keep the cheese low in my tortillas too. Just wanted to have a moan about that. Ggrrr

I use these. The smaller size is just 50 calories.

Have one enchilada with a great big side of green salad, which you dress with some light vinaigrette and salsa. Gotta fill the tummy-hole with something!0

+1 for la tortilla factory. I have one of the burrito size for lunch most days (90-100 calories, depending). I don't typically do the low carb ones.0
