It is very difficult sometimes when I am feeding my toddler and holding her bit of whatever in my case right now an almond croissant and she takes a bite toddles off leaving me their waiting for her to come back for more. I have been good and not taken a bite but oohhhh I came close lol
Does this happen to you mums?

Yep, I'm just weaning my boy and I keep having bits - just to show him how yummy it is. I thought the odd bite of banana or spoon of weetabix wouldn't really amount to much in the scheme of things but the lack of weight loss over the past few weeks may prove otherwise.0

I have 5 kids, and it's hard not to finish their food. Kids get all the good food!
But, then again, I now have the knowledge and ability to work those little snacks into my calories for the day. So I don't suffer as much as I used to. It's tough, but you can have those little nibbles here and there without guilt. Just log it and make it part of your day. :flowerforyou:0
