I haven't changed MFP profile as I lost some weight, I only looked at the graph yesterday and thought I will add my weight so I can see the graph. Anyway after weighing myself today as it is weigh day i updated it.
The calorie goal has come down by 40 calories..... i didn't know this would be changing as I lost weight, maybe it should have been obvious but this weight loss thing is new to me so i had no idea.
I am in a tizz yet again as I am fasting too so now have a bit off my goal on day 1!!!!! Oops
