As you loose weight are you looking at your bmi range at all or just your actual weight? I am within my bmi range but am aiming to be at the lower end. No one mentions bmi here so o wondered what people are doing.

Both. The nutritionist's office also has a machine for measuring fat percentage so that I can track the loss of fat and gain of muscle. I'm tracking everything since I'm working to build (moderate) muscle mass.0

just weight to track progress and looks to see how much longer i have. BMI is useless to most due to differences in muscle mass0

Yes, I look at my BMI after each time I have lost 5lbs. I am not aiming to get into my 'Healthy' BMI range as advised by my dietician but I do like to see what i'm at
