Ha! I was waiting for someone else to choose that song and no one did. I should have waited one more minute.

Mmmm...Bop by Hanson. :blushing:

I just got the Galaxy S III and I love it!

I am 5'9" and my goal is the 150 range. 126 sounds really low, even if it is considered in the healthy range.

Fish! I hate every kind of fish and it is so darn good for you!

At least 1.5 gallons, usually more. I might (on a rare occasion) have a Diet Pepsi. I have 2 cups of coffee every morning from the Keurig too.

I agree 100% on the Cetaphil Cleanser! I also use the lotion with great results.

I wish, but there is quite a distance between us! I am not really to the point where I am willing or able to travel for races.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Swimming is great and I love it. But I don't have a gym membership. Guess I need to get one

I used to workout at night but for the same reasons as you, I needed to start doing it in the mornings. I also have kids so I felt like I was cutting into the few hours I had with them! It was tough in the beginning but now I am just used to it. My alarm is set for 4:22, which allows me time to hit the snooze, check out…

I am always looking for friends, feel free to add me.

I have 2 kids, a job, I am in school, I am training for a marathon (my first), the kids' dad is not involved and my significant other works second shift, leaving me to take care of everything at night. It is tough so I can relate! Feel free to add me if you are looking for support.

I log everyday. Feel free to add me if you need more friends.

Someone told me that I was "neurotic" because I weigh every day. I said it had nothing to do with that. It is so I can be aware of what is happening in my body! If I eat 3000 mg of sodium, how does that affect my body? If I eat less carbs, what does that do? Losing weight is supposed to be a lifestyle change. How can I…

That's just for breakfast. Lunch, dinner and snacks are totally different!

I get up at 4:30 in the morning, mess around for a little bit (trying to wake up mostly) and I am running outside or on the treadmill by 5:00 am. I do it at that time because it is the only "free" time I have. I like to spend the evenings with my kids, not work a long day, drag myself home, into workout clothes and…

I get on the scale every morning. It is the best way for me to see how I did the day before. I am not one of those people whose weight fluctuates from day to day, unless my diet is the cause. If I am up, it is usually not a surprise and it becomes a reminder to be conscious of what I am putting in my mouth.

Swimming!

Me too!

Nope, no luck for me. House cleaning is definitely not a high calorie burning exercise for me. When I walk, I burn about 100 calories/mile. Most are from fat, but 100 calories/mile isn't going to earn me much extra foos.
-
200 calories burned...total. I wish I burned 300 for just existing. I have to work a little harder for it.
-
I actually wore my HRM once while cleaning. Mostly because of those people. After 4 hours of cleaning (the entire house...up and down stairs), I barely burned 200 calories!

Sounds like a rough road to me. Diet, diet, diet...work out like crazy. Go home, start eating, not work out for hours a day and gain weight back. I realize that not all of them gained weight. I also realize the "but they gained muscle" argument will come into play. The fact remains though. The Biggest Loser and shows like…

You can add me. Like others have stated, I log everything, good or bad. Some days I end up a little over, sometimes I am under. But, I like to see what I eat each day. I try to keep in healthy, but there is some Dairy Queen, Subway, and mexican food thrown in there!

Welcome! I also came from Weight Watchers and decided this was a better tool for me. I am 5' 9" and the heaviest I have ever been (besides being pregnant) is around 198. Feel free to add me if you need some support! Good luck on your journey!

She suggests yo do it 6 days with 1 day of rest. I just do it when I can. There are some jumping jacks and plyometrics (jump training). I would start at 1. You will feel it the next day, regardless of your fitness level.

Anything from Anchorman or Napoleon Dynamite. I will have to think a little further and pick an absolute fav.
