Try to plan your food the night before. That way you don't feel like you have wiggle room. Keep in mind that 3500 calories is a pound, so if you eat 3500 extra calories that is working towards gaining a pound and the same goes for keeping a 3500 calorie deficient. It's not always that cut in dry, but it helps me to think…

I find it disturbing. I wish we could just let our kids be kids. If their Mom is breastfeeding, that's great, they can ask about it and learn that it's something you do when you are an adult. I'm all for breastfeeding, it's good for Mom and great for baby. It's natural FOR ADULTS.

I did it for the first time today. I think I'm going to die, but the girls at the gym told me it's totally 'life changing" they said they were fit before (ran and exercised regularly) but nothing changed their body like TRX.

I have prayed my entire life to be 'addicted' to exercise. I never thought it would happen. I'm so addicted. I love it, I've never felt better!!

I don't feel guilty, but I'm addicted to having exercise calories, LOTS and LOTS of them. I don't even eat a lot of them, but i'm addicted to seeing them there!

chantax! Works like a charm as long as you don't have any side effects. You should talk to your Dr. about it.

Yes, EVERY DAY! I am working out 6-7 days a week, eating under my calories feeling so healthy and then a MIRROR! It's awful, and then the scale betrays me too. But i know my insides are healing and it will show on the outside before long.

So what was it that an MFP member said to you to make you feel this way? Did someone say something or are you just having a hard time with all the Kudo's for the big weight loss?
-
maybe we should start a slow losers group!

i don't have any wisdom for you, just empathy! I've been doing this for 65 days today. I recently even gained 2 pounds. I work out 7 days a week and stay within my calories each day. I too don't understand when i see people dropping so much weight. What i do know is there is no way we can continue to do this without having…

Did someone on MFP say that you haven't struggled as much as them? It's interesting that your approached to feeling judged is to lump a group of people (who have never done anything to you) together and attack them for their meager attempts at weight loss. Everyone is fighting a battle, you don't know what's going on in…
