CONGRATS ON QUITTING SMOKING! it really does affect your fitness, i switched to ecigs because it is much healthier and didnt really affect my breathing as much as cigarettes

well i dont really use photos to motivate myself, i prefer to watch motivational videos and listen to some rockin music :glasses:

well it did wonders for me in terms of confidence, i guess my cholesterol became stable and am not at risk of getting diabetes anymore. im not sure about patches of hair though, maybe u should see a doctor about it :smile:

TRUST ME IT IS SOOOO WORTH IT! i lost 23 kilos and it was the best thing ive done in my life, u get much more confident and will make you so happy with living life, i even met my gf after i got fit, something im pretty sure wouldnt have happened if i was still the lazy fat guy who did nothing but eat and eat :laugh:

first off RELAX, 1 pound a week is healthy take it slow. i lost 23kg with crash dieting and insane training but it was a mistake to lose it so quickly, now i have loose skin that has been with me for over 2 years. if u lose a pound a week u wont have to deal with this issue. dont freak out about eating too much, stress…

i used to go out and binge on liquor and party as well but it is probably the worst thing u can binge on, it wud be better to binge on sweets and fried chicken or whatever bad food u like to eat rather than alcohol. i cut it out completely and its been really good now, like i train 6 times a week then one of the days i…
