Look for strength training under cardiovascular, and then add how many minutes you did.

Gaining mass is a combination ofr excess calories + Heavy lifting. If your lifting heavy and are eating under your normal calories then you will just get toned and lean.

I would highly recommend getting on the Live fit trainer. Great routine to get your feet wet. Im currently on Kirs Gethins 12 Week transformation plan and am loving the results!

Thanks guys! I appreciate all the feedback. To the person who says green tea pills are more expensive. I beg to differ. I can buy 200 capsules of green tea extract for 10 bucks. I take 1 a day and that lasts be the better part of a year. I dont think 10 bucks worth of regulat green tea will last me 200 days

I think your doing great. One thing I noticed tho. You should try to cut out fat as much as you can. Everybody is different. Only 15-20% of my calories come from fat. Omg. Awesome Awesome workout today. I trained fully fasted today, besides 1 protein shake ( which was water and powder ) and supplements. I fasted for 20 hours today when I did the spin class. I'm now home after running errands and picking up a pizza from papa Murphy Its 8'o clock at night which puts me at around 23 hours…

Because I work at night. I make it work for me. I goto bed right when I get home. (7am) 11pm-6am work 7am - 2pm - Sleep 3pm eat 4pm preworkout 5pm gym 7pm dinner 9pm protein shake Then fast till 2pm the next day

I have a friend who goes to the gym 7 days a week. Pumping iron and doing cardio. Your muscles need rest. Besides walking. When I mean rest im talking about extensive running and lifting.

You need at least one rest day a week. Take the weekends off. Going to the gym 7 days a week will negativly effect you. Your muscles need healing.

I think my window is fine. I dont train totally fasted. I have at least a few eggs or a bowl of oatmeal when I wake up. Ill eat between 2 or 3 upon waking up. Usually closer to 3.
