I've been lifting for about 5 years now and I'm always interested in learning more.
I've scanned Bodybuilding.com and toying with the idea of following one of the programs there.
My BMI is 21 so it is less a matter of weight training for weight loss (though I'm in this to lose 15 lbs by tracking my intake), than it is to develop definition and functional strength.

I would highly recommend getting on the Live fit trainer. Great routine to get your feet wet. Im currently on Kirs Gethins 12 Week transformation plan and am loving the results!0
