omg i have one of those too! he doesnt travel tho... he roams the office sometimes and the cologne just carries around the aisles and is so potent it gives us headaches! lol

cube lady 2 seats behind me, talks so loud with her headset that I can barely hear the person on the other end of my phone call or even myself think, yet we know she can talk quieter because she does on personal calls. the receptionist who sings.. all day long..humming, singing.. drives me crazy LOL

you could dress just how they dress in italy and i'll be honest, they can still pick you out. :) I went to Italy to visit family and i didn't care if people thought i was from America. my family wears some of the same things we have here in America... wear what you want to wear and enjoy the vacation. :)

How long is the "Mud Run"? What's the farthest you ran? just so i can get an idea. By advice though is to check out the couch to 5k program as i belive it incorporates running/walking and building up to the 5k distance. i can't wear workout clothes again after i have already worked out and sweated like a piggy, so in the washer they go! :) i have plenty of sports bras and shirts/shorts that get me through a week or 2. i'll throw away sports bras if they are to the point where they need to go. lol

I live in CT as well. i'm just amazed they actually took it away. especially after the trials we've had recently. i do think that some people should receive the death penalty based on the level of their crime.

I'd say rest a few minutes before jumping in the shower.. i've had that happen to me more so when I run in the morning and am in a rush to get to the office. I'd say just take your time.. sorry that's the best I can say.. -B

i agree with another poster who said Aren't we all.. at some point or another we all probably were vain, be it a moment or a while longer. either way, we're human - no one is perfect.. I respect people who compete in bodybuilding as it takes dedication and disclipine. It's amazing that people can do that. That is all :)
