Hello MFP's! I wanted to share a "progress picture" of where I am at so far. I started at around 230lbs and am currently about 180-182lbs....so 50lbs down. I have another 50-60lbs to go with a GW of 125-130lbs.

I have chosen to change my life forever. I was tired of feeling dead inside, of not living. Of being so self conscious and negative.

I also recieved a diagnosis that pushed me to take care of myself. I have HNPCC/Lynch Syndrome. With that diagnosis, came hormone therapy and being told that the chances of 2 immediate cancers were in my future..in the next 10 yrs at most due to my specific mutation. It's been a struggle dealing with that along w/my bipolar but I knew one thing LOUD & CLEAR-- I sure as hell didn't want that time here being miserable!!

Now I LOVE and LIVE for working out. I only have one body and it's up to me to take care of it.

I hope to soon post a B4 and after pic once I reach my goal. I wanted to thank all of my beautiful pal's who have encouraged and pushed me along the way! You are all amazing!

    You look AMAZING! I know exactly what you mean about feeling "dead inside". But now that I'm on track, I feel great and I LOVE my exercise!! I have about 45lb left to go as well, feel free to friend me!
