I shop at thrift stores before I go to regular stores. I actually hate shopping in regular stores now. 50% of my wardrobe is now thrift stores fines. I have found some of the best hidden gems and designer brands for dirt cheap.

The study is not saying a size 12-14 is good. It means a lot of women wear that size regardless or weight, height, and race. I read it several times myself about the "average size for women," They are NOT saying the size is healthy and that's the size to strive for.

Go to http://www.active.com/ and you can find any race anywhere.

You look great!!! Keep up the hard work. You will reach your goal in no time!!

I NEVER factor in my workout calories with my daily goal. It will cause you to overeat and it's defeats the purpose of you working out in the first place. If your daily calorie goal is 1700 and you gain 400 because you worked out do not factor in the 400. ONLY factor in what you have eaten and how many calories are left…

Yes, I am having that problem now. I can wear 10 or 12s (US) in slacks and as small as 8s in dresses. I started thrifting and I've been slowly selling my old clothes to have more more to thrift shop with. My old clothes were literally falling off me and I was not paying tons of money to get them altered. I also didn't need…

The treadmill gives people false sense of their running ability. The belt is actually doing half the work for you and adjusting the speed hinders you. I will suggest you run on a treadmill ONLY if the weather does not permit you to run outside. You can set your goals better by running outside and you are not running in…

You have to change your workout. Whatever you are doing you need to increase the level of resistance and intensity. You also may need to incorporate an exercise you are not doing like jumping rope, join a fitness class start jogging, etc.

Whenever I have a goal dress, pants, etc. I want to wear I hang it outside my closet. door. Every morning when I wake up I have to see it because my bed face my closet door. And at night I have to look at it when I get in bed. I have a shirt hanging up I want to wear when I run my first 5K. I've had the shirt for months…
