I'm 5'5" currently 197..my goal weight is 170-175 although by standards I should be under 150. I don't think I will look health at 150 since I am quite muscular so I aiming for 170-175..although it is still overweight for me by standards.

I love Adidas...we have an outlet here where I find reasonable sports tops and shoes to match. Nothing like looking good when you workout to keep you motivated.

Cokes are an addiction and like any other addiction you have to ween yourself off. I broke the coke habit by diluting it with water until I did not want it anymore. Also I found that making water more appealing by adding lemon or crystal lite also helps me drink more.

Hang in there!! Take a look at what your calories are made of. When I eat my cals I try to stay low on carbs, sugar, & sodium. I try to stay high on protein & fiber. Everyone is different so try different things to see what works for you. Just don't give up!
