AMAZON!! I get all of my soffe's and sports bras there about half price & if you don't have a credit card you can use a prepaid visa, Best wishes c:0

I have some lulu items that I adore. Then I get stuff at sports authority, kohls, Nordstrom and target. I usually spend more for the bottoms. I have no problem with target sports bras. Cheap and work fine for me!0

I like a few different brands. I like the Kohls brand for pants, they are wicking, and do not show sweat in the crotch , which is very very important when you are leading a group of 30 people and they are all staring at your butt area. Also I just picked up two pairs at Costco, one Adidas and one the kirkland brand of pants. Both wicking, those are my likes. And in the price range I can afford.0

Right now I need a plus size and I found some decent stuff at Penney's0
-
I like Mark's Work Warehouse. When they are on sale they're not too bad. I've saving my big bucks for when I hit my target weight.0
-
I love Reebok's outlet store. Tons of nice workout clothes and I think you can order on line.0

For me it depends on the type of workout I'm planning to do...if I'm doing aerobics (lot of jumping, jogging, etc) I need gear that has compression/support to control the jiggling. Therefore for compression I get the CWX pants or Under Armour - on SALE but still somewhat expensive. I also like Champion gear which I can usually get from Target - on sale. If you're not concerned with compression or doing exercise like weight lifting it probably doesn't really matter what you wear in that case.0

I only saw Lucy mentioned twice in this long thread. I love their clothes and the majority of my workout gear is from Lucy. It is expensive but I probably have pants that are 5 years old that are in perfect condition. I can't go into Lululemon, I know their clothes are great but I don't want to get hooked on another expensive store. My cheaper option is Target, TJ Maxx, or any similar store. It's also fun to find Lucy or even Lululemon clothes at Thrift Stores. Its such a deal!0

I am madly in love with Lululemon pants because they seriously make you lose 5 lb when you put them on!!! They are expensive but they last (I have been rocking a pair for like 2 years)! If you are not ready to spend the cash on those pants check out Target. They recently revamped the workout section and they have some really nice workout pants that don't cost a lot. I just got a cute pair of black dry-fit pants with a pink waistband.
Be careful with Lucy!!! I have read a lot of negative review about them online. People are having problems with the pants falling apart!!!0 -
I buy plain old t- shirts and sweat pants from Walmart. I hate spending a lot of money for something I'm going to sweat up.0
-
I love Adidas...we have an outlet here where I find reasonable sports tops and shoes to match. Nothing like looking good when you workout to keep you motivated.0
-
Walmart Danskin - they fit up to size 20 I believe. :happy:0
-
Otomix. sometimes they have some pretty good sales going on too0

I usually get mine at Marshalls - name brands for lower prices, especially on the clearance rack. I love Nike t-shirts as they are made for women. I also get some things at Target (clearance rack, once again). And Kohl's. We have a Nike outlet store here in St. Louis, and although they are still a little pricy, you can catch a good deal on shoes (all the time) and apparal (sometimes). I always hit the clearance racks, especially if you are working out inside, you can still wear out of season clothes (shorts in 0 degrees!).
Good luck!0 -
eastern mountin sports has some good options for tech wick wear.0
-
Honestly, I'm prone to hit up the Goodwill Store for workout gear.0
-
Goodwill/Salvation Army/Thrift stores, Considering my size is continually changing (shrinking hopefully) I refuse to pay full preice for workout clothes. Plus you can find darn near new stuff there - I've even found things with the tags still on them!
And on Wednesdays, our Salvation Army has half off all clothes. Can't beat that!0 -
Check out jazzercise .. they have some really cute clothes.0

I am in Canada so there aren't as many options. I have no Target or other stores like that.
WHAT? We have tons of options. Any athletic store, lulu, walmart. My goodness. It's not hard to find somewhere to get yoga pants!
That being said, I just hit up the LuLuLemon warehouse sale and I bought 2 shorts, 1 crop, 1 pant and a sweater for $200.00 booya!0 -
I like to purchase my work out clothes from Wal-mart, Target and JC Penney's. You can actually go online and purchase clearance items from JC Penney's unless you like to shop in store. Also stop by any Old Navy store during clearance sales. Hope this helps you. :happy:0

I said there aren't AS many options, not that there aren't any. And I was referring to options others were giving like TJ Maxx, Target, JC Penny. I can't think of the other ones like that.
I also suggested Lulu, but I also mentioned I don't have Lululemon near here, nor do we have Costco or Old Navy. Just about the only one mentioned here that I do have is Zellers and Walmart or a sports chain store.0 -

Well, I'm not sure what area you are in but I'm from the Maritimes and their is lots of options: Walmart, Costco, Sports Check, Running Room, Old Navy, Cleves and I'm sure I am missing a whole bunch! And of course the good ole internet!
I like Costco for everyday activity, walking or light sports/exercises. I have a lot of stuff from Nike that I get on eBay for a very good price!0 -
I love Old Navy for their workout clothes. They have a great sale going on now.0

another vote for target. costco has some champion yoga pants and shirts a couple of weeks ago so i picked some up 14.99 for pants 11.99 for tops. love them so comfy and wicks the sweat away0

I am a hardcore Lululemon fan. It is expensive, yes, but it lasts forever, is comfortable, fits well and looks good. It is my treat to myself for working so hard. I spend 6 days a week at the gym and run 3-4 times a week. I wash and wear them constantly and they still look great. I have a friend who teaches spin class and swears by them as well.
I buy one piece at a time (there is no store here so I buy them on trips and save for it) and have built up a decent wardrobe.
I also like the tops because they are long. I have a long torso and brands like Nike tend to be too short.
Agreed! I wash my yoga crops at least 3 times a week and have had them for over a year with no problems AND they make you look at least 20 pounds lighter, seriously. I buy whatever is on sale.0 -
Im a cheap skate (+ since I am losing weight I dont want to spend a lot as I go thru different weights on my way to my goal weight). I go to Walmart or Target. They actually have cute stuff.
Exactly my feelings.0 -
Happy Monday to you!!!! Well now that I am working out like crazy and have lost some weight and inches I want some more nice work out clothes and headbands. I checked out Lucy.com, saw it in a yoga magazine....cute but WOW $$$$$
Just wondering what are your favorites. I might have to just spend some $$ for some quaility stuff since I will use it. I do everything....weights, spin, step, hot yoga, run.
Thanks!!!!!!!
About five miles from where I live is a gigantic Sports Direct place. I go there once per year, pick up around five pairs of bottoms and six or seven tops a pair of trainers and some socks and that does me until the next year. The stuff very inexpensive and often there will be something like 70% off the price, deals all over the place. I am not bothered about the name, as long as the stuff fits and is comfortable.
It lasts all year too, bit of a result!0 -

See above - I clarified that. And I have none of those stores here. It doesn't really matter anyway, my preference is Lulu.0 -
Target! I like the Champion brand--they actually have V-neck t-shirts, the only style t-shirt I wear!0
