If I have about 200-300 calories "leftover" due to working out out or whatever I 'll just down a Whey Protein (1 scoop) shake with 2% milk. (8 oz)

My moment for this year was weighing too close to 200lbs (I was 194lbs in Jan 2011) and I knew I had gained weight with relocating with my job working 10+hrs a day + weekends I abandoned eating right most of the time and was too tired to workout I said to myself that I just didn't want to be anywhere near 200lbs and KNOW…
-
I try to eat most of my exercise calories back but I always wind up 100-200 calories short.
-
I thought people were crazy weighing themselves everyday but ever since I started MFP I weigh myself every morning now just to see where I'm at, I"m glad I weighed myself today!
-
wow kind of hot looking in the after pic, congrats!
-
I did the rum and Diet Coke 3 years ago and it did help me lose weight but I eventually became tolerant to this drink. I recently have stuck with Bud Select 55 since I found out my preferred drink of 1 Whiskey and Coke Zero = 3 1/2 Bud Select beers, yikes!

Breakfast for sure at 7:30am keeps me full until about 10:30am/11am not sure if its for eveyone; 1 serving of Oatmeal, 1 Egg on 1 toast.
-
Mine is public to everyone.
-
I guess your right though I went over yesterday today but not by much.
-
Ugh since I started MFP I've been weighing myself every morning before I shower but I don't log it in since it's been fluctuating 1-2lbs I made my official weigh day on Friday only but I only log it if it's 1lbs or more gone than the week before.
-
If your goal is to finish a 5k in 36 minutes I would say stick with the running (outdoors preferably).
-
Only after a workout before I shower and that's at least 4 times a week.
-
What's your daily calorie intake?
-
The mirror motivated me and my gut sticking out in pictures (yet the rest of me was okay) I can honestly say that I cannot wait till I reach my goal of at least a flat stomach this Summer will be my healthiest one yet!
-
Have you tried the phone app? It's way easier then logging into a computer every time.
-
Digital one in my bathroom against the wall across from my toilet that way I can weigh myself in the morning before my shower in my birthday suit I don't understand how some people weigh themselves at the gym with all their clothes/gym shoes on that weight won't be accurate.
-
I think some of us feel like that I am one that has to lose 10-15lbs but I do get a quick one second jealousy reaction when I see some on here that only have 5lbs, 3lb, etc to go but I use that energy for motivation in my own road to success.
-
That's a good question it reverts back to a mind game with yourself, "you are your own worst enemy".
-
MIne is similar to this, 500 is GOAL on my only cardio/tread day (about 1/2 hour) but when I strength train I end with 12-15 minute cardio/tread and aim for 300
-
MFP recommendation for protein is way too low most will agree on that on here. If your working out your protein intake should be way above 50, I lost 9lbs so far and every day I've gone over even double of what MFP recommends for protein. The overall important number to worry about is calories.

Pizza or Cheeseburger.........okay Pizza.
-
Unless you extermely starve yourself (which I don't recomment) you could do it but realistically you can lose 4-6lbs in a month by sticking to 1200 cals and high intensity cardio.
-
Stick with water and the Crystal Light flavoring like some have mentioned, I drink Coke Zero about every 4 days sometimes I have the urge for soda no need to cut it off completely but maybe treat yourself once every few days as a reward and only 1 can don't over do it.
-
Continue to eat the same but exercise more maybe one hour of jogging/walking?
-
I can personally say that YES it is possible last year my pants were falling (losing fat/weight) but my shirts were fitting me tighter around my chest and biceps/triceps I think every body/person is different just as some can lose weight fast while others it's a much slower process.
-
I stopped recording my weight training because it doesn't calculate how many calories are burned during it I only record my cardio/treadmill workouts.
-
Are you working out?
-
I'm not I'm what you can call slightly skinny fat I am seeing a bit more muscle definition since these 3.4lbs disappeared.
-
this. I have a frozen lunch M-F (under 300 cals) and have no problems with it as long as your not making every meal a frozen meal I think you'll be okay.
-
I thought creamer was bad even the regular creamer it's actually not bad 2tbsps = 20 calories I think your okay sticking with it.
