Nov 27 - 138 lbs Dec 10 - 134.2 (I weight in between but try to record every sunday or monday) This morning it said 135.4 - I didn't log it into MFP because I don't want it to go up -.- (sad I know) I have a food scale that I use.

I am 10 pounds away from being considered overweight by the BMI chart. So I feel I am on the border. So far I lost 3.8 lbs in 3 weeks. But it keeps going from 134 to 136. My first two years of college I gained a lot of weight due to no control at the buffet on campus. Then I started living off campus, and I was able to manage what I ate at home. I was able to get to the lowest weight I have ever been.

I usually drink near a gallon of water on most days. I drink a lot of green tea (tea bags) and always have a cup and bottle near by. My secret is I get bored at work lol

I usually get the Smart Ones Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli and Chicken. Then I would add a serving of Broccoli and Peas to really "beef" it up lol

I looked at tour pricing it seems pretty cheap usually around 1400 to 2000$. I think going without a group would be scary due to a language barrier
