My boobs are WAY bigger than yours and I was told the same thing - I have an excellent sports bra with underwires and padded cups adjustable straps hooks at the back. It wasn't enough, so now I use my bra and a second unpadded sports bra from walmart. Works like a charm.

Hi there - I know your frustration. I've stopped for the last few weeks too. I was told by my nutritionist that if I were to up my calories by 20% for a few days, then drop back down to my regular calories, it would likely jump start my metabolism and get back into losing mode. It's worked great for me!!! Good luck!

Someone once told me to think about it like a 24 hour period - your body doesn't know what time it is - you should eat at least some of the calories back, but you could eat a bigger breakfast tomorrow morning, or even have a few more snacks tomorrow. It's been working GREAT for me! :) Good luck!
