I understand from other posts that outside running is definitely more difficult, but people have suggested ways to train indoors including upping the incline and speed. I think that's a fantastic NSV! I love to run, but it's at a MUCH slower pace. lol I'd love to work my way up to 8 mph. Really well done, julianpoutram.

I was heavier than him by 40-50 pounds, but that all changed about a year ago. Now, finally, I'm smaller than he is. :happy: He NEVER made me feel bad about my weight, though. That's one reason I love him so much - he fell in love with me when I looked my worst.

Agreed - that stuck me as odd, too. Half and ounce of meat is practically nothing. Also, nothing wrong with using olive oil and vinegar for dressing, but I didn't see that listed in your diary. There are about 40 cals in one TSP of olive oil so dressing cals can add up fast. The only way I can stay accurate is to weigh and…
