I wear mine in the holder on the waist of my pants. Never had a real problem with it falling off. Only if I bang it on something. :)

Keep - please.

Whew. Definitely. Don't feel bad...

Making a playlist ... now. Thanks everyone!

@Mercenary1914 Hilarious and completely appropriate

No movement... well kind of no movement. I actually went up to 152 earlier in the week (after a lot of pizza) and then got back down to my weight last week. I've GOT to stick to the plan this week. Really want to meet this five pound goal. 6/1 - 150.4 6/8 - 150.4 By the way - congratulations to all of you losers this week!…

@Jersey ROTFL Very best post I've read today.

Looks like most people here suffer from big butt syndrome. :) (Includes me, btw)

I haven't laughed so hard all day. Great thread for a slow Friday morning at work. Thanks, sktllmdrhmz. Not sure I'm worthy of 100, but when you're ready to add 101, I'd love to be on your friend list.

June goal - 5 pounds Really need to push myself to get there, but I think it's possible. Good luck everyone! :flowerforyou:

Hi everyone! Not quite the same starting stat, but I think my end goal is pretty much the same. Would love to join with you guys. My progress has slowed WAY down. My current goal is to lose 5 pounds in June. Baby steps, I suppose. I'll post a picture soon. Height: 5' 2" SW: 202 CW: 150 GW: 136

Oh my goodness. You look beautiful! I bet he won't even recognize you. ;-)
-
I'm interested! Post more details when you have them. I'm adding June 9 to my calendar. :-)

Great idea! I actually hit the gym at lunch but I'm usually a hot mess going back to the office. It's just the only time I have when my family is otherwise engaged.

I'd love to get a really nice sports bra like Freya or Goddess, but don't want to spend that kind of money until I reach my goal weight. You definitely want to get the right kind of bra for your level of exercise. I purchased a Lily of France In Action bra at Kohl's for about $20. It's just perfect for my jogging. It does…

I just finished the program through 5K Runner and it took me a few months (I repeated several days). That does seem like a big jump, but I think you should try it. You might be surprised at how well you do! And if you aren't able to make it the whole 20 minutes just repeat the workout. Let us know how it goes. :)
-
Haha! The best!
-
So true! Looks may get you in the door, but they won't keep you there.
-
Definitely recommend this program. I've been working on it for a few months now and am almost done. I repeated several of the harder days until I felt good about them and then moved on. I didn't really mind it taking longer than 8 weeks, I just wanted to finish. Now I really enjoy running and look forward to my run days.

Oh wow! Two 10-min sets? To me that's AWESOME. I've been working on C25K for about three months now and I just ran my first solid mile yesterday. You're in much better shape starting out than I was about eight months ago. I bet you could push yourself and do one of those tough programs. Keep up the great work!!

Awesome show! So dissapointed in that guy that wanted to go home. He's doing himself an injustice... And I'd definitely have to go with my Atlanta boy - Doulvett.
