My middle name is Vallee...sounds like valley.. My mother heard someone call thier little girl vallee when she was pregnant with me and liked it. I was embarrassed as a kid about it but now I like it. It's kind of cool.

Thank you for the post. This is the first time I have really dieted in a way I can continue and I am learning about nutrition and what I should be eating. I get a little confused and worry I am eating the wrong thing or too much of something.

Hi all, doing great with my exercising but sporadic with my water.. Ugh so hard for me... I think one of my problems is starting it too late in the day. I need to hop on it first thing... tomorrow is another day.

I am unable to use a hrm because have been on a beta blocker for years which keeps my heart rate low. I gauge my intensity of workouts by my breathing, level of exhaustion etc... so I have been using the numbers by MFP at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions please dont hesitiate to let me know what you think. Rhonda

Hi.. I think it sounds like you are doing fine as far as the distance aand time you are completing at this stage however, I am very concerned about your HR. Exercising at 95% is considered extreme and should only be done (if at all) by someone is at tip-top shape. If you are going over 85% then you need to slow down .. cut…
