The goal of a keto diet is to eat clean and get into ketosis, so that your body will be using fat as fuel instead of sugar. The only way you can really be sure if you are in ketosis is to test your blood for ketones.

I have been 'bento-ing' for years. I have several bento boxes as well as some divided boxes I got from walmart. I usually use leftovers from dinner, which is a huge money saver, as well as keeping some foods on hand just for my bento box.

The Dash Diet has been around for awhile. It is the top rated diet and has been for several years. It was originally designed for those with hypertension, but along the way people were losing weight with it. It is a very clean diet and can be altered for calorie intake as far as servings go. I started it 3 days ago.

Well, I look at this as a life style change.. in that I am cutting out artificial ingredients and eating whole foods. I have lost almost 6 pounds this week. I find my bodybugg calculates calories burned less than MFP estimates. Since wearing it faithfully I have begun to lose more. For instance if I do 65 minutes circuit training, MFP says I burned about 568 calories but my body bugg says about 400. Big difference.
