Treadmill, but both overestimate calorie burn by a lot. Wear a HRM if you want accuracy otherwise you risk overeating especially if you eat back most of your exercise cals.

Well the good thing (and bad thing, sometimes) about weight loss--it's gradual. Lose another 10 pounds. Are you happy with what you see? Good, then try to maintain. Do you want to lose more? Lose more! Don't go by the number on the scale. Work until you are confident and content with your body.

People that see you frequently might not notice the 10 lbs. I would start measuring inches and taking pictures of your progress. It doesn't matter that anyone else notices as long as you are doing it for you.

lol. nuts are like one of the highest cal dense foods you can find! they do have a lot of protein though but if you are trying to lose I would opt for other options like lunch meat and veggies

If I got up at 3am for work I wouldn't even THINK about working out before, I'm assuming you have plenty of time in the afternoons to get your workout in unless you are working really long days :)

Oh wow, I missed one of the most important ones :) I have learned I have to drink my coffee AFTER my morning workouts because of the stimulant effects.... ;)

My job can be pretty unpredictable, I like to get it out of the way vs making excuses later and not getting it in!

Print away! I think sleeping in my workout clothes is huge because I hate trying to fumble around it the morning looking for my stuff and trying not to wake my husband up.

That's another problem...you should be eating back in not all of your exercise calories at least some. A 500 cal net is never good.

Download the app Endomondo on your phone. It keeps track of your miles and how many MPH you are going. Wouldn't really rely on it for calories because its just an estimate for your weight but I love it.
